Our firm represented Sphera Park-In fund (a real estate private equity fund from the Sphera group) in a transaction to purchase 50% of the concessionaire’s rights from Shikun & Binui in the PPP project for the establishment, operation, and maintenance of the parking facility in Schneider Children’s Hospital in Petah Tikva. The transaction was conducted based on a value of approximately NIS 180,000,000. Completion of the transaction is subject to our client’s approval and the approval of the project’s financing body.
