Gornitzky represented Digital Clues in a transaction for the sale of substantially all of its assets and activities to Cellebrite (NASDAQ:CLBT). Digital Clues provides various open source intelligence (OSINT) solutions for data collected from the web, deep web and dark web, which are available both as SaaS and as an on-prem installation.
