Our firm represents the Getter Group Ltd. in a petition filed against its winning of a tender worth tens of millions of shekels involving the supply of tens of millions of nitrile gloves to the Ministry of Health.
In the petition, the petitioner (whose bid was rejected) sought (a) to legitimize its bid, and (b) to order the disqualification of the winning bids, including that of the Getter Group. With the petition, an application was also filed for an interim injunction in which the court was asked to prevent the further facilitation of the decision of the Tenders Committee regarding the results of the tender.
The Jerusalem District Court (Judge Anat Singer) denied the request for temporary relief (together with the establishment of expenses), while fully accepting our claims.
In everything concerning the petition itself, the court stated that on the basis of what was stated in our response, it seems that the petition itself is baseless and therefore “recommended” the petitioner to withdraw its petition.
