The noise nuisance claims were completely dismissed.

Our office represented Israel Railways Ltd. in civil claims amounting to approximately NIS 2 million concerning alleged noise nuisance caused to the residents of the Kiryat Shalom neighborhood. After proceedings that lasted 5 years, the claims were entirely dismissed, with the plaintiffs being ordered to pay costs amounting to NIS 100,000.
