Our firm represented the Campus for Intelligence, Deciphering and Cyber Ltd., which is owned by the Shikun & Binui Group, as a respondent in an appeal filed with the Jerusalem Supreme Court (sitting as a court of appeals in administrative matters), regarding the Campus winning the tender to establish the IDF’s Intelligence and Cyber Campus in the Negev and to operate it for a period of 26 years. The court dismissed the appeal and upheld the Campus’s winning of the tender.
The company was represented by the Firm’s Chairman, Pinhas Rubin, together with Partners Noam Ronen and Noga Haruvi and Associates Liron Karass and Chen Yirmiyahu.
