Our firm represented Shikun & Binui Energy Solar Project Dimona Ltd., a subsidiary of Shikun & Binui Energy Ltd. who won a tender for construction and operation of the largest solar power plant in Israel, in an Administrative Petition requestion disclosure of confidential and sensitive documents from the company’s winning bid in the tender. Following a response to the petition filed by the company which emphasized the many flaws in the Petition, the Petitioner filed a motion to dismiss the Petition, and the Petition was denied in a judgement of the Jerusalem Administrative Court.
