Our firm represented Menora Mivtachim Capital Raising Ltd., of the Menora Mivtachim Group, in a public offering of a new series of deferred liabilities deeds, in the aggregate amount of NIS 300 million, that was recognized as Tier 2 Capital of Menora Insurance, following the approval of the Commissioner of Capital Markets, Insurance, and Savings at the Ministry of Finance. The deferred liabilities deeds were listed for trading on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange.
