Our office represented the International Bank of Israel in a transaction to provide financing and financial advisory to a company from the Prashkovsky Group, totaling NIS 900 million. This will be used for the acquisition of land rights and the establishment of a residential and office project in Rehovot, which will include 2 student dormitory buildings with approximately 706 rental housing units, and an additional building for offices and commerce.
