Collapse of “All-Year”

Our firm represents the claims administrators and bondholders of “All-Year” in a NIS 300 million lawsuit pending before the Economic Division against 23 defendants. The Honorable Judge Altuvia has successively rejected a series of preliminary motions filed by various defendants in the case, ruling that they had abused the judicial process as defined in the Civil Procedure Regulations, and imposed aggregate costs of NIS 33,500 on them. Among other things, in a reasoned decision, the court dismissed a motion to summarily dismiss the case filed by the company’s internal auditor.
