Gornitzky represented Laxan Israel Ltd. in an agreement for the lease of the Princess Hotel to a Turkish tourism group.

Gornitzky represented Laxan Israel Ltd. (a member of the Nitzba group), the owners of the 460 guestroom Princess Hotel in Eilat, in entering into a ten-year lease agreement, plus option to extend, with a major Turkish hospitality group, who will manage and operate the hotel.

The lease agreement is one of the largest hotel lease agreements in Israel in recent years, and is valued at more than NIS 300 million (excluding the option).

Laxan Israel Ltd. was represented by Kfir Yadgar (managing partner) together with Yiftah Farber (partner) and Dafna Sidkiyahu (associate).
