Our firm is representing Adv. and CPA Shimon Cohen in a financial claim for an amount of over NIS 52 million, which was filed against David and Mazal (Tissona) Ashad, in connection with funds that he had provided in their favor, among other things, for the purpose of the construction of a project for student residence in the city of Nottingham, England, and were not repaid to him. At the same time as the filing of the claim, a motion was filed for the granting of temporary attachment orders and for orders restricting the use of assets (Mareva orders) with respect to the project in Nottingham.
