Our firm successfully represented Trulo Israel Ltd., the official importer to Israel of car seats made by Britax, and the Baby Star chain, in a petition for the certification of a class action in which the Petitioners contested the way in which the importers of car seats for young children mark the seats imported to Israel.
At the expiration of three years, during which time responses were filed to the petition for certification and pre-trial hearings were held, the Jerusalem District Court granted a motion to dismiss in limine, which had been filed by our firm, and it dismissed in limine the petition for the certification of the class action.
