This “storm” requires the Board of Directors to proactively and consistently take measures to monitor the management of the cybersecurity and privacy risks at the company, in order to bring the company to a safe haven.
Assaf Harel gave a lecture at the Compliance Conference of the Clal Insurance and Finance Group regarding trends and exposure in the field of cybersecurity and privacy, and the role of the Board of Directors in dealing with them.
