Adi Nahmias is a partner at Gornitzky & Co.
Ms. Nahmias served as a legal intern at Gornitzky & Co. and has been an associate with the firm since 2007.
Adi is the firm’s CEO since 2008. She works closely with the firm’s executive committee in overseeing the firm’s operations and supporting the development and implementation of the firm’s strategy. Adi helps to align practices with the firm’s strategy and promote cross-practice cooperation; she ensures that business support services are integrated and consistent, and that the infrastructure is appropriate to the needs of the practice
Adi’s practice includes a wide range of capital markets, corporate, commercial and real estate matters. She has been involved in variety of securities related matters, provided ongoing legal advice to the firm’s clients and in drafting contracts and agreements and has also been involved in representing real estate companies regarding complex construction private real estate projects.
