Dona joined Gornitzky & Co. as a pre-intern in 2021 in the Intellectual Property department, continued her path as an intern in the same department, and returned to the firm after her admission to the Israeli Bar in 2024.
Dona specializes in the field of intellectual property, focusing on patents, designs, trademarks, and copyrights. She assists a diverse range of clients, from individuals to companies, helping them protect their intellectual property. Her experience includes representation in legal proceedings before Israeli courts and the Registrar of Patents, Designs, and Trademarks.
Additionally, she provides consulting on intellectual property matters and due diligence, and engages in drafting commercial agreements and licensing.
Dona works on developing effective strategies to protect her clients’ innovations, both in the local market and on the international stage.
