May began her legal career at Gornitzky & Co. as a legal intern and has been an associate with the firm since 2023.
May’s practice focuses primarily on capital markets and securities and corporate law and commercial law.
As part of her practices, May provides legal advice to the firm’s clients, including ongoing counselling to public and private companies in various fields, such as public offerings on the TASE, transactions with interested parties and immediate and periodic reports.
