Netta represents technology companies in a wide range of fields, including cyber, life science, artificial intelligence, software, hardware, internet, communication and energy. She has many years of experience in structuring and negotiating commercial transactions, licensing agreements, joint ventures, development and commercialization of intellectual property agreements, strategic alliances, OEM, and other corporate partnering agreements.
Netta represents Israeli and international clients, and has extensive experience in representing investors, including in the establishment of venture capital funds, as well as representing private investors in all their activities.

Netta represents artificial intelligence and augmented reality companies, and provides AI companies, as well as companies using AI technologies, with legal guidance in the rapidly evolving field of artificial intelligence (AI).
