Nir Moses is a tax partner in Gornitzky GNY.
Nir specializes in advising clients on the tax considerations of a wide range of domestic and international transactions. His expertise includes M&A, investments, corporate restructuring, IPOs and follow-ons, financing deals, and intercompany transactions.
Nir brings extensive experience and knowledge to employee and executive equity compensation, working with private and public companies across industries. He advises both companies and individuals, designing compensation plans, providing ongoing counsel, and navigating tax matters with the Israeli Tax Authority.
Prior to joining the firm as an attorney in 2018, Nir worked for two years at PwC in New York. He also gained valuable experience interning in the Israeli Tax Authority’s legal department and in Kesselman & Kesselman’s (PwC Israel) tax department.
