Nofar began her legal career at Gornitzky as a pre-intern in 2021, and joined the firm as an associate in 2024.
Nofar’s main area of practice is corporate law, specializing in startups in the hi-tech industry, financing rounds, M&As and providing companies with general corporate and commercial services, as well as advising on privacy and cybersecurity matters.
