Oleg joined Gornitzky & Co. as an associate in 2021.
Oleg’s main area of practice is banking and finance. As part of his practice, Oleg advises and represents both lenders and borrowers, including banks and financial institutions, in finance transactions.
Prior to joining the firm, Oleg has served for over eight years in the Military Advocate General Corps and was discharged at the rank of Major. During that period, Oleg served as the legal counsel of the Home front Command, legal counsel to the HR Directorate and as a legal assistant to the Head of the Disciplinary Law Section.
