Rebecca joined Gornitzky & Co. in 2021.
Specializing in the areas of cyber security, privacy, commercial and corporate law, global compliance and telecoms and media, Rebecca provides legal advice and representation to a variety of clients, including Israeli and international companies. Rebecca has extensive experience in drafting and negotiating various business agreements and commercial contracts, with an emphasis on technological agreements.
In the fields of cyber security, privacy and data protection, Rebecca assists companies in the drafting and implementation of organizational policies and user-facing documents, negotiating data protection agreements and provides ongoing counsel on these matters. Rebecca is a member of IAPP, the International Association of Privacy Professionals, and is a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/E).
Rebecca is also involved in representing the firm’s clients in a variety of engagements in the areas of telecoms and media, both in Israel and abroad, including with respect to regulatory matters and licensing. Additionally, Rebecca advises the firm’s clients on global compliance aspects, including international sanctions regimes, export controls and regulations regarding medical devices.
As part of the firm’s International Trade practice, Rebecca represents companies in the drafting and negotiation of a wide range of supply and distribution agreements in various fields, including consumer electronics, automotive parts, technological and communication equipment etc.
Prior to joining the firm, Rebecca has served for six years in the Military Advocate General Corps. During that period, Rebecca served as legal counsel to the Intelligence Directorate, legal counsel to the HR Directorate and as a legal assistant to the Military Advocate General.
