ABOUT

Ms. Oshry Giladi joined Gornitzky GNY  in 2022.
Prior to joining the firm, Reut worked as an associate attorney in another leading law firm.

Reut’s main areas of practice are commercial and administrative litigation and dispute resolution, and she has wide-ranging experience in legal disputes in a variety of areas, including commercial law, tenders for infrastructure construction and provision of services, administrative petitions, contractor claims, and class action suits.

As part of her work, Reut represents and provides ongoing legal counsel to leading Israeli companies and corporations in commercial disputes before various courts as well as arbitration and mediation proceedings in large-scale disputes.

During the course of her studies, Reut volunteered in Halev organization, which is dedicated to combatting poverty in Israel. In this framework, she provided legal assistance to disadvantaged populations in the Israeli society. She also participated in the activities of the Women’s Legal Aid Clinic at the Rackman Center in which she provided legal support and assisted in the representation of disadvantaged women in family disputes. Reut volunteered in Hillel organization, which assists people who have left Israel’s ultra-orthodox sector, and provided, inter alia, legal assistant to its members.
