Saray is an experienced Certified Public Accountant and Advocate.
Saray joined the firm in 2015 as CFO for the purpose of leading the firm’s finance, reporting and controlling division, as part of the management team at the office.
Saray has over 8 years of experience in the field of reporting and accounting in a public company. Saray gained extensive experience and expertise in a role that integrates a comprehensive overview of the various areas of finance, including financial reporting, taxation, cash flow, internal auditing, etc. Sarah was also involved in the areas of capital market and securities, tax, mergers and acquisitions, labor law and more.
In the past, Saray served as manager of the financial consultancy division in a leading accounting firm, and within this framework, accumulated extensive knowledge and experience in due diligence, valuations and additional work involving financial consultancy.
Saray started out as an intern and advocate at Gornitzky and engaged in various areas of civil-commercial law, including company law, securities law, tax law, litigation, etc.
