Prior to joining Gornitzky & Co., Yehonatan spent five years as a Business Development & International Sales Manager in the high-tech industry, particularly in the fields of enterprise software and telecommunications.
Yehonatan’s practice is focused on local and international M&A, IPO’s, private equity and commercial transactions. In addition, he utilizes his past business experience to provide the firm’s corporate clients with advice regarding their ongoing commercial and corporate activities, including the drafting of business agreements and commercial contracts.
Yehonatan is also involved in advising clients and managing transactions in the television and film industry.
