Yosi Riesenberg joined Gornitzky GNY as a partner in the Real Estate pactice in 2023.
Prior to joining the firm, Yosi managed the Real Estate Department at a leading law firm. He specializes in all areas of real estate, with a focus on residential real estate projects, guiding contractors and developers, including in bank financing transactions, income-producing real estate, urban renewal, and NOP 38 agreements.
In his role, Yosi accompanies his clients through all stages of projects, from initiating transactions and land acquisition, through planning and construction, to the sale of apartments and registration of condominiums. Additionally, Yosi represents developers, contractors, landowners, and potential buyers in complex real estate transactions, including combination deals, sales, leases, and rentals.
