Yuval began her legal career at Gornitzky & Co. as a pre-intern in 2019, and joined the firm as an associate in 2023.
Yuval’s practice focuses primarily on capital markets and securities and corporate law and commercial law.
As part of her practices, Yuval provides legal advice to the firm’s clients, including ongoing counselling to public and private companies in various fields, such as public offerings on the TASE, transactions with interested parties and immediate and periodic reports.
