Daniel Paserman (CPA), Head of Tax, and Inbar Barak-Bilu, Associate (CPA), in a client update on the renewed Voluntary Disclosure Program recently published.
The program incorporates 3 tracks for tax disclosure (regular, anonymous and short) and will be valid until the end of 2019. Anonymous disclosures may be submitted until December 31, 2018. According to the program, immunity from prosecution will apply not only to tax offences set forth by law, but to money laundering offences originating in tax offences reported through the voluntary disclosure.
