Gornitzky represented L.Y.N (Holdings) Ltd., a company affiliated with Mr. Eyal Ofer, in a complex financing transaction in the aggregate amount of NIS 650 Million in relation to its acquisition of the share interest of the Ofer Group in Mizrahi Bank, as part of the separation transaction of Ofer Group. The financing contemplated complex regulatory matters, including obtaining a permit from the Bank of Israel to allow L.Y.N (Holdings) Ltd to grant a security interest in favor of the financing parties over the shares held in Mizrahi Bank.
