In a dispute over control regarding a group of companies with assets of hundreds of millions of shekels, our firm represented businessmen Yaakov Elbaz and Itzik Iluz (and the companies in their control), to dismiss a second motion for an interim injunction that had been filed against them by their partner, businessman Eric Maman (through the Meitar law firm), with the Central District Court, regarding a number of activities that our clients had performed in connection with implementation of resolutions made by the boards of directors of the joint companies.
After the hearing, the Honorable Court (the Honorable Judge Halit Silash) ruled that the motion for the interim injunction was denied, performed the activities that had been performed by our clients in order to implement the resolutions made by the boards of directors are indeed in .accordance with the decision adjudicated in the first interim motion for an injunction, and with the ordinary course of business
