Fattal buys 10% of YBOX for NIS 36 million

Our firm represented the Fattal Hotel Group in its NIS 36 million investment through a private-placement transaction for 10% of the shares of YBOX Real Estate (TASE: YBOX), an Israeli public company specializing in real estate investments and development in residential projects as well as income-producing properties such as retail and office buildings.

The Fattal Hotel Group was represented by Managing Partner Kfir Yadgar, Partner Uri Heller, Senior Associate Sharon Strauss and Associate David Fogler.
