Sol-Gel is a clinical-stage dermatology company focused on identifying, developing and commercializing branded and generic topical drug products for the treatment of skin diseases.
Jefferies and BMO Capital Markets acted as joint book-running managers for the offering. JMP Securities and Raymond James acted as co-managers for the offering.
