Our firm represents Dan Public Transportation Company in the establishment and issuance of a partnership R&D company, which is the first of its kind in Israel, and will be investing in the field of Smart Mobility, “Dan Mobilitech”.
Dan Mobilitech R&D partnership for investments in the smart transportation industry has published a draft prospectus to raise NIS 36 million in an Initial Public Offering (IPO), on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange (TASE).
The partnership’s first investment is in a company called Valerann, which has developed a small platform for monitoring and managing highways in real time.
Dan Public Transportation Co. Ltd. is the controlling shareholder of the general partner of Dan Mobilitech, and it has committed to purchasing approximately 20% of the scope of the participation units that will be offered in the course of the IPO, and to investing NIS 4.5 million after the IPO, together with receiving an option to invest an additional NIS 7.5 million in the partnership.
Dan Public Transportation was represented by partner Uri Heller alongside associates Sharon Strauss and Ori Shahar Shasho.
