Gornitzky represented Gav-Yam by providing legal services for a , for the a large-scale and complex tender for the purpose of setting up and operating a business park for the high-tech industry at the site of the campus of the Hebrew University in the Edmond J. Safra Campus at Givat Ram in Jerusalem (“Hujitech” – the high-tech campus of the Hebrew University). This week, the Tender Committee announced that Gav-Yam had won the tender. This is a project at an anticipated cost of approximately NIS 1.4 billion, which consists of two stages. At the first stage, three buildings will be constructed, in a scope of construction of approximately 127,000 m², and, at the second stage, which is based on the exercise of building rights by virtue of a new Town Planning Scheme, additional areas will be constructed in a total scope of approximately 140,000 m².
