Gornitzky represented Golan Telecom vis a vis the Competition Authority in the merger with Cellcom.
This is a historic merger transaction in the cellular market and one of the most complex merger deals approved by the Competition Authority.
The deal was unconditionally approved, even though in the previous merger attempt between Golan Telecom and Cellcom, the Competition Authority expressed strong opposition to the move.
