Gornitzky represented “InsuResilience Investment Fund,” an investment fund that was set up on behalf of the German government by KFW Development Bank in an investment in the amount of USD 6 million in the Israeli company, AgriTask Ltd.
AgriTask is a start-up company that is developing and marketing a platform and tools for decision-making in the agricultural industry, based on data from various sources. This investment is the Fund’s first investment in Israel.
InsuResilience Investment Fund was represented by Shlomo Landress, Co-head of the Technology practice together with the associates Roy Eilon and Yoel Lavie.
With respect to labor law aspects InsuResilience Investment Fund was represented by Sharon Reingwirtz.
