Gornitzky represented Jefferies, which acted as Sole Global Coordinator and lead underwriter, for Max Stock Ltd.’s NIS 621 million (approximately USD 180 million) IPO on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange. The IPO entailed a public offering in Israel alongside a Rule 144A/Reg. S global offering, and comprised a 100% secondary sale. It was the second global equity offering on the TASE ever.
