Gornitzky represented LG Electronics (“LGE”), in its purchase of the controlling stake in Cybellum Technologies Ltd., a leading company in the field of automotive cybersecurity risk assessment.
The cross-border transaction involved multiple sellers (including the Company’s founders, financial investors and option holders), several ancillary agreements, and an intricate acquisition structure such that over the course of the next several years LGE will purchase Cybellum’s entire share capital.
