Gornitzky represented Melisron Ltd., a leading real estate company in the field of shopping malls and commercial centers, in a NIS 790 million issuance of public bonds, by way of expanding two existing series of bonds. The bonds registered for trade on TASE.

Melisron Ltd. was represented by Sharon Werker-Sagy (Partner), Inbal Zackai-Horev (senior associate) and Sharon Strauss (Associate).
