Gornitzky represented Migdalor- Alternative Products Ltd., the first alternative investment house to be listed the Israel Stock Exchange, in the initial public offering (IPO) of its shares. Migdalor raised approximately NIS 65 million from institutional investors, in a non-uniform offering, reflecting a company value (post-IPO) of approximately NIS 315 million. Migdalor is an alternative investment house that that develops and manages a wide range of investment products in a variety of platforms and fields both in Israel and around the world.
Migdalor was represented by partners Yair Shiloni, Uri Heller and Itamar Ben Yehuda, together with the Counsel Lea Paserman-Jozefov, associates David Fogler, Ofri Farkash and Lilach Shamir and the interns May Eshed and Yonatan Mevorah.
