Gornitzky represented SolarWinds in its USD 350 million acquisition of SAManage Ltd.
SolarWinds (NYSE:SWI), a leading provider of powerful and affordable IT management software acquired SAManage Ltd., a highly reviewed and highly rated IT service desk solution company. This is the first time SolarWinds has bought an Israeli company. It is expected to set up its first development center in Israel on the basis of SAManage.
