Gornitzky represented the parties (heirs) opposing the motion for the revocation of the Probate Order of an oral deathbed Will (also called “a nuncupative will” – a very unusual procedure). In the motion for revocation, a multitude of claims had been raised, both substantive and technical, against the validity of the Will – which concerned an estate (which value is estimated in tens of millions NIS). The claims were dismissed, while the petitioner for the revocation was ordered to pay (relatively) substantial expenses.
The opposing parties were represented by the partners Aviram Handel and Orly Tenennbaum, together with associate Ehud Katzenelson.
