Gornitzky represented the underwriters, led by Citigroup, Barclays, Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley, in Kornit Digital Ltd.’s USD 459 million underwritten public offering of ordinary shares.
The offering consisted of both a follow-on offering and a secondary offering by an affiliate of Amazon.com, Inc.
Kornit Digital Ltd. develops, designs and markets innovative, sustainable, on-demand, digital fashion and textile production technologies.
Citigroup, Barclays, Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley acted as bookrunners and as representatives of the underwriters for the offering. Needham & Company, Stifel, William Blair, Berenberg, CJS Securities and Craig-Hallum acted as co-managers for the offering.
The underwriters were represented by partners Chaim Friedland, Ari Fried and Dr. Assaf Prussak, along with associates Lilach Shamir and Josh Cohn.
