Gornitzky represented the underwriters, led by Cantor Fitzgerald, in Nano-X Imaging Ltd.’s USD 190 million initial public offering of shares on the Nasdaq Global Market. Nano-X is developing a commercial-grade digital X-ray source designed to be used in real-world medical imaging applications.
Cantor Fitzgerald & Co., Oppenheimer & Co. Inc., Berenberg and CIBC Capital Markets acted as joint book-runners for the offering. National Securities Corporation acted as co-manager for the offering.
