Gornitzky represented the underwriters, led by Barclays and UBS, in Nayax Ltd.’s U.S. $93.6 million underwritten follow-on public offering of ordinary shares on Nasdaq. The offering comprised both a primary offering and secondary sale.
Nayax offers a global commerce enablement, payments and loyalty platform designed to help merchants scale their business. Nayax is dually listed on both Nasdaq and the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange.
Barclays and UBS Investment Bank acted as joint lead book-runners for the offering. Oppenheimer & Co., William Blair, and Keefe, Bruyette & Woods, A Stifel Company, acted as book-running managers for the offering.
The underwriters were represented by partners Chaim Friedland, Ari Fried and Dr. Assaf Prussak, along with associate Yarden Wulkan Rozenman.
