Gornitzky represented the underwriters, led by Oppenheimer, Stifel and Raymond James, in Perion Network Ltd.’s upsized USD 180 Million underwritten follow-on public offering of ordinary shares on Nasdaq.
Perion Network delivers holistic strategic business solutions that enable brands and advertisers to efficiently “Capture and Convince” users across multiple platforms and channels. The company is dually listed on both Nasdaq and the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange.
Oppenheimer, Stifel and Raymond James acted as joint book-running managers for the offering. Roth Capital and Lake Street Capital acted as co-managers for the offering.
