Gornitzky represented the underwriters UBS, Value Base and Leumi Partners on Retailors’s NIS 570 million IPO on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange (representing pre-IPO company value of NIS 1.8 Billion).
Retailors is a subsidiary of Fox-Visel Group (FOX) engaged in retail sales of fashion products and sports accessories through stores in Israel, Canada and Europe, including Nike and Foot Locker retail stores.
The underwriters were represented by partner Uri Heller along with associates Neta Peled, Itamar Ben Yehuda, Nir Knoll, Sharon Strauss and Toot Salles.
