Gornitzky represented the underwriters, led by Piper Sandler, in Itamar Medical Ltd.’s USD 40.25 million public offering of American Depositary Shares (ADSs) on the Nasdaq Capital Market.
Itamar Medical is a medical technology company focused on the development and commercialization of non-invasive medical devices to aid in the diagnosis of respiratory sleep disorders and is dually traded on Nasdaq and the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange.
Piper Sandler acted as the sole bookrunner for the offering. Ladenburg Thalmann and A.G.P./Alliance Global Partners acted as co-managers for the offering.
