RedHill Biopharma Ltd., a biopharmaceutical company primarily focused on drugs for inflammatory and gastrointestinal diseases, is dually traded on the NASDAQ and the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange (NASDAQ: RDHL, TASE: RDHL).
Nomura Securities and Roth Capital Partners acted as joint book-running managers for the offering. MLV & Co. and H.C. Wainwright acted as co-managers for the offering.
