Gornitzky represented the Rimon Music School against the Municipality of Ramat Hasharon, in a proceeding to reduce the municipal property tax charges that had been imposed by the Municipality. After Gornitzky conducted objection and appeal proceedings, the amount of the charge was reduced so that it is now less than half of the original charge.
