Our firm represented Shikun & Binui Energy LTD in issuing bonds to the public for approximately NIS 750 million through a new series of public bonds (serier A).
Due to high demands in the preliminary tender, the scope of the public debt financing was increased from the initial scope of NIS 400 Million to NIS 750 Million.
